Inquiry and Bank Credit Course

The British Academy for Training and Development offers a course in Banking Inquiry and Credit, designed for anyone wishing to acquire significant skills in financial markets and gain experience in bank and financial institution management. Banking services, in general, are defined as actions, activities, or services provided by one party to another. These activities are intangible and do not involve the transfer of ownership or any physical asset. The provision of these services may or may not be associated with a tangible product. Kotler and Armstrong define them as activities or benefits provided by one party to another, which are inherently intangible, and their sale does not result in the transfer of ownership. The production and delivery of these services may or may not involve a tangible product. Some people may confuse goods and services, but the distinction is clear: a service is not a physical object and cannot be owned. For example, when we rent a room in a hotel, we do not take a physical item when we leave; instead, we receive satisfaction or the service provided during our stay. The same applies to banking services.
