Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Foundation Course

The British Academy for Training and Development offers Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Foundation Course. Offering a complete introduction to Agile Project Management (AgilePM), this course equips attendees with fundamental knowledge and skills to successfully manage projects in changing and fast-paced contexts. Attendees will learn the Agile Framework and its principles and philosophy, thus helping them to distinguish it from more conventional project management methods. Emphasizing the need of cooperation among these roles and stakeholder involvement, this module will explore the roles and responsibilities inside an Agile project team.
